Why single-member LLCs
A one-owner LLC carries the same paperwork as a larger company with nobody to hand it to. AI tools can now take on much of the sorting and drafting. The owner still reviews it, and the professional decisions still belong to professionals.

Nothing here tells you what to file, elect or deduct. We explain terms, link to sources such as the IRS, and help you prepare better questions for a CPA, enrolled agent or attorney.
Behind LLC of One
LLC of One is run by Utlyze. Utlyze builds custom AI systems with businesses, and has helped them build with AI since ChatGPT opened to the public in November 2022. It also runs Business of One, a site about building an AI-first company.
